Design Development (DD)
The Design Development phase is where our team takes the initial design concepts from our planning phase, fleshes out each concept in thorough detail, and ultimately turns fundamental ideas into an action plan.
Construction Documents (CD)
Our next phase takes us from the detailed design to the nitty-gritty of finalization paperwork. This phase includes detailed drawings and precision for contractors to ensure quality.
Construction Administration (CA)
Our final phase is all about overseeing and collaborating with the construction process. The Construction Administration phase ensures that all portions of the project go smoothly and the final product matches the original vision as closely as possible.
