Landscape Architectt: Barge Design Studios

Well-integrated into the natural landscape and surrounded by greenery, this waterfall over natural stone was thoughtfully designed to bring a gentle murmur of flowing water. This soothing soundtrack, creating an atmosphere of calm amid the academic hustle and bustle, allows students to take a moment in nature.

The design is a testament to both aesthetic brilliance and functional elegance. Cascading streams and carefully placed rocks create visual appeal, while the motto “Honor, Truth, Duty” stands front and center. A pathway gracefully extends over the top of the waterfall, inviting students and visitors to engage with the feature.

In every ripple and reflection, this water feature at McCallie School is a living embodiment of the harmonious relationship between architecture, nature, and the pursuit of knowledge.
